Nurse Kathy and Mr. Blake were presented with medical equipment from the Cape Family Medical Center today. This will help facilitate the Telehealth services that can be provided at school. This partnership was created in an effort to keep students at School and parents at work. Parents can go online at www.yourfamilymedicalclinic.com to complete new patient forms under the patients tab. This will allow for a faster virtual visit. Parents will always be contacted before a visit.

Parents, In the Spring of 2023, P-EBT funds were put onto cards for students who attended some, or all, of the prior school year. Please check your EBT card to see if you have a balance. If you do, it needs to be used within the next month, or it will be removed. If you have any questions, you can contact the Division of Family Services in Fredericktown. Mr. Blake
