The Marquand Zion Band will hold it's 3rd annual Benefit Band Concert on Saturday, March 23rd at 6:00 P.M. in the High School gym. Proceeds from the Concert will benefit the Band program through the purchase of music, instruments, supplies, and more.
According to Mr. Vetter, there will be pulled pork nachos for dinner, as well as a silent auction, live dinner entertainment, and all three bands plus some soloists will be performing before the evening concludes.
Tickets are on sale NOW and can be purchased for $10 in advance, $5 for children 5 and Under, by calling Mr. Vetter at 573-783-3388. Or by email at lvetter@mz.k12.mo.us. Band students will also be selling tickets. Tickets may be available at the door for $15.
Mr Vetter went on to say, "Last year's event was wildly successful, and I hope to make it happen again. These students deserve nothing but the best, and having a supportive community makes a world of difference!"
